Working principle: The working process of the diesel engine is mainly divided into four strokes, namely, the intake stroke, the compression stroke, the work stroke and the exhaust stroke. The specific steps are as follows:
Intake stroke: The piston moves up from bottom dead center, and the exhaust gas turbocharger sends fresh air with a certain pressure into the cylinder.
Compression stroke: When the piston runs to a certain extent, the cylinder is closed, the piston continues to rise, the air in the cylinder is compressed, and the temperature and pressure are increased.
Work stroke: When the compression stroke is near the end, diesel fuel is injected into the cylinder through the injector, and after mixing with high temperature and high pressure air, it burns by itself, pushing the piston to move downward, driving the crankshaft to rotate through the connecting rod, and output power.
Exhaust stroke: After the work is completed, the exhaust valve is opened and the exhaust gas is discharged from the cylinder.
